Liked trying the pole. Would like more cohesiveness - group building - intention-added instruction for mind/intention. Not just body moves.
Very fun, playful, and empowering. The women participating became more sensuous, bold, and radiant as they relaxed and trusted the moves, the pole, and their own feminine essence. I learned a lot and had a great time!
